1 General Terms & Conditions

Wibajee (hereinafter referred to as the "platform" or "we") is an online gaming platform operating in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Wibajee and its users.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Funds received as a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms:

7 Prohibited Activities & Misuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Wibajee:

• Hacking, DDoS attacks, or any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Attempting to use or hack another user's account.

These activities will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Wibajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or misuse.
• If account verification is not completed.
• If inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You can request account closure at any time through support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining balance. If not withdrawn within 90 days, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

Wibajee makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but we are not liable under certain circumstances:

• Technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems.
• Delays or errors from third-party payment providers or banks.
• Hacking, DDoS attacks, or cybersecurity incidents (where we have taken reasonable preventive measures).
• Theft of a user's password or account credentials (where caused by the user's own negligence).

Our maximum liability is limited to your account balance.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

If your issue cannot be resolved through support, you may submit a formal written complaint. We review and respond to all complaints within 14 business days.

12 Right to Amend Terms

Wibajee reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes via website and email before they take effect.
